HOW MUCH DOES THE TOUR COST?

Public Tours: $50/person
Private Tours: $500
Pricing does not include taxes, fees or gratuity

HOW LONG IS THE EXPERIENCE?

The experience is 3 hours and begins at your tour time. Check-in time is not included in your tour time.

WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN PRIVATE & PUBLIC TOURS?

  • Private tour is just your group at a flat rate. No other groups are able to join. Private tours are able to customize where you want to shop

  • Public tour is open to the public where small groups are joined together. Public tours will visit our Featured Partner Boutiques with little to no extra room for additional customization.

HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN I HAVE IN MY GROUP?

We can accommodate 1-13 people

WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE EXPERIENCE

  • Private hostess & driver

  • Private transportation in our custom boutique bus

  • Exclusive discounts and/or gifts from our Featured Partner Boutiques

  • Cooler stocked with ice

  • Cups 

  • Music 

WHAT SHOULD WE BRING?

  • IDs to verify identity on waivers for anyone over 18 or anyone consuming alcohol

  • Beverages and/or food of choice - please do not bring any food that requires to be kept cold

  • Shopping funds

  • Music playlist if preferred

DO YOU HAVE TO BE 21?

No! We are happy to take anyone that does not require a car seat or booster seat.

WHERE DO WE CHECK-IN?

  • 1504 Demonbreun Street, Nashville

  • Please meet directly at the bus in the parking lot.

  • If you are being picked up at your place of stay (if within 2 miles of us), we will arrive 15 min. prior to the tour time.

WHAT TIME DO WE CHECK-IN?

  • 15 minutes prior to tour time.

  • Public Tours: if you are late, we will leave without & coordinate a meeting location if possible

  • Private Tours: if you are late it will be taken out of your tour time

CAN MY PARTY BE PICKED UP & DROPPED OFF AT A PRIVATE RESIDENCE OR HOTEL?

You may be picked up at an alternate location if it is within 2 miles of 1504 Demonbreun Street. Please notify us ahead of time if you wish to be picked up elsewhere.

DO YOU PROVIDE ALCOHOL?

  • We do not provide alcohol but you are welcome to place an order with a partner of ours if you wish to have your drinks stocked & ready for you prior to your arrival.

  • You will find this "Add On" item during check-out in making your reservation. If you have any questions just shoot us an email at info@beveboutiques.com

IS TIP INCLUDED?

Tip is not included in the price but you are welcome to add a tip to your reservation during check-out, or you may tip via Venmo or cash at the tour.

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?

  • 2+ week notice = full refund

  • 1-2 week notice = credit towards future tour or full refund if we are able to fill your spot with another group

  • Less than 1 week notice = no refund unless we are able to fill your spot with another group

  • No show = no refund

We are happy to work with you and ask for the same respect in return. Please notify us immediately if you run into an issue.

IS THERE A WEATHER POLICY?

  • We shop rain or shine!

  • Umbrellas are provided when needed

  • If there is inclement & dangerous weather, we will notify you immediately and let you know if there will be any adjustments to your tour.

  • If we have to cancel, start late or end early due to weather, you will receive a pro-rated refund for any time lost.

IS THERE A LATE POLICY?

Public Groups: If you are late we will have to leave on time but will coordinate with you on an alternate meeting location if possible.


Private Tours: Late arrivals will be taken out of your tour time.
